Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At YourHijabiTeacher, we sincerely appreciate your support of our small business and hope you are wholly satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the nature of our small business, we are unable to accept returns at this time. All sales are final, and purchases are non-refundable for change-of-mind requests, subject to applicable law.

1. Physical Products

Physical product orders may be cancelled without charge within one (1) hour of purchase by emailing yourhijabiteacher@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.

After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed, especially once an order has been processed or shipped. Returns and refunds for change-of-mind purchases are not accepted.

2. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are non-cancellable and non-returnable for change-of-mind requests. Please review product descriptions and details carefully before purchasing.

3. Concerns With Your Order

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, receive a damaged or incorrect item, experience a problem with a digital download, or have concerns about an undelivered order, please contact us so we can review the situation.

We will respond as soon as possible to discuss potential resolutions. At our discretion, eligible concerns may be resolved through store credit or a YourHijabiTeacher e-Gift Card. Any approved credit amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Credit is not guaranteed, and e-Gift Cards are not cash refunds except where required by law.

YourHijabiTeacher e-Gift Cards never expire.

If we cannot ship a physical order within the promised timeframe, we will provide any cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.
