My Sunday school kids loved completing this activity. I turned it into a challenge for them to design the best prayer rug. After their time was up, everyone had to explain their design and why they chose it. We then voted for the best one and if there were disagreements, the kids had to defend their thinking. I loved how something so simple was a moment for the kids to think deeply and cooperate together
